Hello Greenville area, Jackman, Rockwood, Shirley, Monson and Guilford communities. The Greenville Consolidated School is hosting a community event featuring a presentation by Choices Matter and we are inviting you to attend! Choices Matter is a Nashville, TN based company that collaborates with the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety to provide life changing presentations to Maine students and young adults on making the right choices regarding drugs and alcohol. You will hear from a very powerful guest speaker who has personally been through life-changing decisions and how they affected his life. You will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive display including a driving simulator and impaired goggles. Our school had the privilege of participating in a similar Choices Matter presentation earlier this year and we highly recommend taking time to attend, you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions, please reach out to me by email at josh.guay@ghslakers.org. We look forward to seeing you all here on June 5th and please help spread the word. This is a free event to attend. Please click the link below to hear a little from our guest speaker!
Sincerely,
Officer Joshua Guay

On Friday May 10th, four of our high school students teamed up with Northern Light and Greenville Police (SRO) to take part in a "sticker shock" campaign. We traveled to local stores between Greenville and Dover Foxcroft to put orange stickers on cases of alcohol warning against selling and providing alcohol to minors. This is especially important around prom and graduation season! Thank you to Nicole from Northern Light CA Dean and Mayo and our 4 students from the 10th grade Justyce, Irene, Makayla and Alexandria for taking time in this very worth cause!
