Parents of fall sports athletes, please watch the video attached (in the Google Form) of the virtual parent meeting that highlights some parts of the new Athletic Handbook. After you have viewed the video, please sign the form stating that you have viewed it and feel free to download and read the entire document through the attached PDF. Coaches will also schedule a brief preseason parent meeting to talk about their own rules, goals, and expectations for the season. Looking forward to a great year in sports!

Look at all of those bikes! Thank you parents, guardians, and grandparents for dropping off your students' bikes. Thank you to Greenville Maine Police Department Officer Josh Guay for not only organizing the fun bike safety rodeo but also securing bike donations so that any student without a bike had one. Another thank you goes out to Moosehead Lake Kiwanis Club for the generous donation of bike helmets for grades Pre-K - 5!

MIDDLE SCHOOL Awards Ceremony will be at 1pm on Wednesday, 6/14 in the auditorium.
Parents are welcome to attend.
Bike Rodeo will take place on Thursday, June 15 RAIN or SHINE.
Students in Grades PreK-5 will need to have their bikes dropped off on the Front Lawn between 7:15 and 7:45am on Thursday, June 15. We will have bikes for students who do not own one of their own. All students will be given a helmet - donated by our local Kiwanis Club.

Through a grant, the Bangor YMCA has made a week at Camp Jordan in Ellsworth FREE for a limited number of Piscataquis County Students. WOW! Normal costs for this experience are around $1000/week! If you’re interested or want more details, please contact Mr. Shaw at either Andy.shaw@ghslakers.org or 695-2666. What an awesome opportunity for our students!!

The ONLINE Scholastic Book Fair is going until June 18th. This is a great way for parents to be able to purchase books as the in-person shopping is limited to students and staff this time around.
